His work includes digital transformation and change management across a diverse range of corporate, not-for-profit, and government organisations, including Nissan, Wesfarmers, BHP, NEC, Mission Australia, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and the Australian Department of Defence.

Sam specialises in strategy development, execution, and the delivery of value from systems-based strategic initiatives. His passion is helping businesses convert the potential from strategy into tangible business results.
Sam’s career includes building a four-person Tech Startup to a 120 person IT Services business. Sam also led the Asia Pacific region’s Global Systems Practice for the world’s sixth largest Management Consulting firm. Sam has experience in working with and providing leadership to, all levels of people from manual workers through to the most senior executives in large corporations. His work includes driving business value from strategic systems initiatives across a wide range of businesses including Qantas, Fujitsu, Singapore Power Group, AGL, Telstra, NAB, and Macquarie Bank.
