What does your website really say about your business?
Before I begin: we do not create, edit or sell any website services. If you ask us to, the answer is no.

We recently completed a review of websites for one of our clients, a Managed Services Provider(MSP).
We reviewed 25 MSP websites. What we found was that almost all of the websites said the same or very similar things.
The most commonly used words and phrases were: IT security, innovative, expert advice, cloud services and support, quality, proactive, IT solutions and projects, professional.
If you were a prospective new customer it would be very difficult to know why you would choose any particular MSP over any other one.
Whether you are an MSP or any other kind of IT based business ask yourself: does my website clearly communicate my company’s unique value proposition and the unique benefits of using us versus using our competitors?
If the answer is no then ask yourself can I easily articulate my company’s Winning Strategy – how your company will win against it’s competitors?
If you can answer this question then the next question is have I operationalised my Winning Strategy?
Having a Winning Strategy and operationalising it is one of the first steps to unlocking growth and creating high recurring revenue in an IT based business.
